Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of
five years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That before any work is undertaken in pursuance of this consent, such
steps shall be taken and such works shall be carried out to secure the
safety and stability of the building during the alterations, and to
provide protection for the building against the weather during the
progress of the works.
Reason: To secure the safety and protection of the listed building.
That samples of all materials to be used in the external construction and
finishes of the development hereby permitted shall be submitted to and
approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the
works are commenced.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory.
That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the
type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors
has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning
Authority. The specification shall include details of the re-use of the
two sash windows in the south eastern (side) elevation and their
relocation in the eastern (side) elevation. Thereafter the windows
and external doors used shall be in accordance with the approved
specification.

Flemish bond.
