That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs of the extensions and garden store shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing dwelling. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the materials to be used for the construction of the plinth walls of the conservatory shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used for the walls of the existing dwelling. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That notwithstanding anything contained in the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no additional windows shall be constructed in the walls of the development hereby approved facing west or east. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That the en-suite bathroom window in the eastern (side) elevation of the extension hereby permitted shall be glazed in obscure glass prior to the first occupation of the accommodation. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That the development to which this permission relates shall not be exercised in addition to or in combination with any part of the development permitted under reference P97/S0439. Accordingly this permission shall be an alternative to the previous permission so that either but not both may be implemented. Reason: To prevent an inappropriate development of the site by the implementation or partial implementation of both permissions.
