That the external walls and roof of the dwelling shall be constructed and finished as indicated on drawing number 353.4. Revision H. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That except insofar as may be otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority, all trees, shrubs and hedges on the land shall be retained and protected during the course of the development and for a period of five years following the completion of the development. Any trees, shrubs or plants which within that period die, are removed or become seriously damaged or diseased, shall be replaced in the next planting season with others of a similar size and species, unless the Local Planning Authority gives written consent to any variation. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area. That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed in the north or south elevations of the dwelling other than those expressly authorised by this permission. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That the dormer windows in the east and west facing roof slopes and the bathroom window in the first floor of the northern elevation hereby permitted shall be glazed in obscure glass prior to the first occupation of the associated accommodation. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
