Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That the external walls shall be clad in horizontal, straight edged, black or dark stained timber weatherboarding and shall thereafter be retained as such.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the roofs shall be covered with natural slates a sample of which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the development commences.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the tourist accommodation units hereby permitted shall be used solely as holiday accommodation as specified in the agent's letter dated 12 September 1994 accompanying application reference P94/S0598 and shall at no time be used as permanent residential accommodation.
Reason: The units do not provide adequate standards of residential amenity for permanent residential accommodation.
That prior to the first use of any of the units as tourist accommodation, the parking area shown on drawing no 106094 shall be provided and shall thereafter be retained.
Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities.
That prior to the commencement of the development a pedestrian footway shall be constructed along the southern side of the vehicular access into Swiss Farm from the Marlow Road, in accordance with a scheme which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience.
That development shall not begin until a scheme for the disposal of foul sewage has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In the interests of public health and to avoid pollution.
That surface water shall not be disposed of other than in accordance with a detailed surface water drainage scheme which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In the interests of public health.
That prior to the first use of the en-suite units all windows in the west elevation wall shall be permanently blocked and shall be retained as such thereafter.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
