That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That no development shall begin until a detailed specification of the conservatory (including its external finish) has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the conservatory shall be built in accordance with the approved schedule. Reason: To ensure that the character and appearance of the listed building are retained. That a sample of the bricks to be used for the plinth of the conservatory be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Thereafter the bricks used shall be as approved. Reason: To ensure that the character and appearance of the listed building are retained.
