Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. That the works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the gates, together with samples of the timber and proposed staining, has been submitted to, and approved in writing by, the Local Planning Authority. The gates shall be completed in accordance with the approved specification and materials. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the vertical timber boarding used to form the fence shall be stained in accordance with the colour approved for the gates under condition 2 above, prior to the first use of the compound and shall thereafter be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
