Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. That before any work is undertaken in pursuance of this consent, such steps shall be taken and such works shall be carried out to secure the safety and stability of the building during the alterations, and to provide protection for the building against the weather during the progress of the works. Reason: To secure the safety and protection of the listed building. That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works commence. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory. That no works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows, external doors and rainwater goods has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, and the windows, rooflights, external doors and rainwater goods shall be installed in accordance with the approved specification. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory. That traditional lime mortar shall be used for the infill brickwork. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory. That works shall not begin until details of the brick bond has been submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the brick bond used shall be as approved. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory. That arched heads shall be constructed above the windows to be inserted in the existing outbuilding and the windows in the utility room extension. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory.
