That the existing hedge along the Reading Road boundary of the land shall be retained and properly maintained at a height of not less than 2 metres and this hedge has been supplemented with additional planting, in accordance with details which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The planting shall be carried out in the first planting season following the commencement of the development and shall thereafter be maintained in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To help reduce the impact of the development into the area.
