That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the garage hereby permitted shall only be used for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of 43 Belle Vue Road and as a private dwelling and shall not be used for no other purpose including any trade or business purpose. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area and to protect local amenities. That notwithstanding anything contained in the Town and Country Planning General Development Order 1988 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no additional windows or rooflights shall be constructed in the walls of the garage. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
