Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs of the
extensions shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used
on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and
roof of the garage shall be submitted to and be approved by the Local
Planning Authority before any development commences.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
That the rooflight to be inserted in the side elevation shall be of a
conservation style and shall have a vertical glazing bar.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
That the bathroom window in the north east elevation of the rear
extension hereby permitted shall be glazed in obscure glass prior to
the first occupation of the premises and shall thereafter be retained
as such.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning
(General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and
re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed at first floor
level in the north east and south west elevations of the rear extension
hereby permitted other than those expressly authorised by this permission.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
