That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing garage. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the garage extension shall be used only for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of Daintree Cottage as referred to in the Applicant's letter dated 30 September 1999 and for no other purpose whatsoever. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area. That details of the foundations to the garage extension shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Thereafter the development shall not proceed other than in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To ensure that the health of the lime trees along the north-western boundary of the site is not prejudiced.
