That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs
shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning
Authority before any development commences.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the bathroom window to be inserted in the south western (side)
elevation of the extension shall have a minimum cill height of
1.7 metres above finished first floor level.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
That the stair window in the north eastern (side) elevation of the
extension hereby permitted shall be glazed in obscure glass prior to
first occupation of the premises and shall thereafter be retained
as such.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning
(General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and
re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed in the north
eastern (side) or south western (side) elevation of the extension other
than those expressly authorised by this permission.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
