incongruous and inappropriate form of development which would detract
from the character and appearance of Star Cottage and would be
detrimental to the visual amenity of the locality which lies within
the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Therefore the
development would be contrary to the provisions of the Council's
adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan, particularly policies C2 and H12.
