Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 10th November 1999
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the site occupies a location in the open countryside outside the confines of Henley-on-Thames and is within the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The proposal would result in the introduction of an inappropriate commercial activity which would detract from the character and visual amenity of the area. Therefore, the development would be contrary to the general and environmental policies of the Oxfordshire Structure Plan 2011, particularly policies G1, G5 and EN4 and the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan, particularly policies G1, G5 and C2.
