That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. That the works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of the new window and rooflights has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the window and rooflights used shall be as approved. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory.
