Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows, external doors, rainwater goods and means of ventilation has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the windows, external doors, rainwater goods and means of ventilation shall be in accordance with the approved specification. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
