That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the bricks to be used for the ground floor external wall of the
extension, the external walls of the garage, the plinth of the
conservatory and the garden walls hereby permitted shall be of the
same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing dwelling.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the tiles to be used for the roofs of the extension and the garage
herbey permitted shall be of the same colour, type and texture as
those used on the existing dwelling.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning
(General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and
re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed in the
eastern and western (side) elevations of the extension other than those
expressly authorised by this permission.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
That prior to the first use of the garage building hereby permitted,
the existing blockwork stable building shall be demolished, except
for the wall forming part of the western boundary of the site and all
resulting materials removed from the land.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
