Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 8th March 2000
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That, having regard to its excessive size and bulk and prominent location, the proposed extension would be detrimental to the duality of this pair of semis and would detract from the character and appearance of the property and the visual amenity of the area, which lies within the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. As such, the development would be contrary to the provisions of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan, particularly policies H12 and C2.
