Planning Permission on 14th September 1999
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing dwelling. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the bathroom window in the south western (side) elevation of the extension hereby permitted shall be glazed in obscure glass prior to the first occupation of the accommodation. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That notwithstanding the provisions of Article 3 of, and Class A of Part 1 of schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning General Development Order 1988 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that order), no windows shall be inserted in the western (side) elevation of the extension unless planning permission has first been granted by the Local Planning Authority on a formal application in respect thereof. Reason: To protect local amenities. That no extension shall be occupied until space has been laid out within the site for 4 cars to be parked and for vehicles to turn so that they may enter and leave the site in forward gear; and such parking and turning space shall be retained thereafter. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities.
