Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987, as amended, (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification), the units coloured red on the attached plan shall only be used for wood working/joinery and for no other purpose within Class B1c of the schedule to the Order, without the prior written approval of the Local Planning Authority. Reason: The approved use has been found to be acceptable in this location and other uses within the same use class may generate higher numbers of vehicle movements which would require further detailed consideration by the Local Planning Authority.

That the use hereby permitted shall be confined solely to the buildings in question and no goods, materials, finished or unfinished products or parts, crates or refuse shall be stacked or stored outside any building on the site without the prior written approval of the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the appearance of the development and the amenities of the area.

No vehicles shall be parked on the hard surfaced areas associated with the buildings, except in accordance with a scheme which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities.
