Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That notwithstanding the provisions of Classes E, F, G and H of Part 1,
and Class A of Part 2, to Schedule 2, of Article 3 of the Town and
Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order
revoking and re-enacting that Order, with or without modification) no
development comprising buildings or enclosures, swimming or other pools
required for a purpose incidental to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse,
as such; hardstandings; oil storage containers for domestic heating;
satellite dishes or fences, gates or any other means of enclosure shall
be carried out on the land unless planning permission has first been
granted by the Local Planning Authority on a formal application in
respect thereof.
Reason: To protect local amenities.
