Planning Permission on 8th September 1999
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That prior to commencement of any development in connection with the extension hereby permitted a 1.8 metre high close boarded fence shall be erected along the southern boundary of the land with 54 Whitehouse Road from a point level with the front elevation of the application property to a point level with the rear elevation of the proposed extension. Thereafter the fence shall be permanently retained as such unless the Local Planning Authority otherwise agrees in writing. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
