That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the B1a (office) accommodation hereby permitted shall be used only for the purposes specified in the application in connection with and incidental to the use of the site by Chiltern Queens Ltd. Reason: The introduction of an unrelated office use could lead to car parking difficulties and adversely affect the amenity of the remaining residential accommodation. That the office accommodation hereby permitted shall not be occupied until the parking area shown on the site plan received on 3 August 1999 has been laid out and made available for use in connection with the office use and such parking provision shall be retained thereafter. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities and to protect local amenities.
