Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That samples of the materials to be used for the roof shall be submitted
to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any
development commences. Thereafter the roof materials used shall be
as approved.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That, prior to the first use of the pavilion hereby permitted the
weatherboarding shall be stained black and thereafer maintained as
such.
Reason: To secure a satisfactory appearance.
That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the
type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has
been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning
Authority. Thereafter the windows and external doors used shall not
be other than those approved.
Reason: To secure a satisfactory appearance.
That, prior to the first use of the pavilion hereby permitted the
existing pavilion shown on approved drawings shall be demolished
and the resulting materials removed from the land.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area.
That, prior to the commencement of any part of the development details
of any external lighting shall be submitted to and approved in writing
by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the building shall not be
lit other than in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area.
