Decision
Refusal of Listed Building Consent on 5th August 1999
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That, having regard to their size, style, materials and fixing brackets the proposed flags would represent inappropriate and unsympathetic alterations to a grade II listed building, which would also fail to preserve or enhance the character of the Henley-on-Thames Conservation Area. As such the proposal would be contrary to the provisions of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan, particularly policies G13, CON8 and CON12.
