Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That notwithstanding the provisions of Article 3 of, and Classes B and
C of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning (General
Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking or
re-enacting that order), no additional windows shall be inserted in
the western and eastern (side) elevations and roofslopes of the property.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
That the existing hedge along the whole of the eastern (side) and
southern (end) boundaries of the land shall be retained and properly
maintained at a height of not less than 3 metres, and that any plant
which may die or be seriously damaged or destroyed shall be replaced
with another of a similar size and species unless the Local Planning
Authority gives written consent to any variation.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
That the parking provision shall be provided as shown on the deposited
drawing, reference KHB.010D and constructed, surfaced and laid out
and thereafter retained for the purposes of parking vehicles only.
Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking
standards and to protect local amenities.
