Reason: By virtue of Sections 18 and 74 of the Planning (Listed Buildings
        and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That no works of demolition pursuant to this consent shall be undertaken
until a contract for the erection of the office development approved
in application P99/S0415 has been let and signed copies forwarded
to the Local Planning Authority.
 
Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the Watlington
        Conservation Area.
