Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be
of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing
dwelling.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That notwithstanding the provisions of Article 3 of, and Class A of Part
1 of schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning General Development Order
1988 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that order), no windows shall
be inserted in the eastern (side) elevation of the extension unless
planning permission has first been granted by the Local Planning
Authority on a formal application in respect thereof.
Reason: To protect local amenities.
That the rooflight to be inserted in the eastern (side) elevation of
the extension shall be inserted at a minimum cill height of 1.7 metres
above finished first floor level.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
That the en-suite window in the east elevation of the extension
hereby permitted shall be glazed in obcsure glass prior to first
occupation of the premises and shall thereafter be retained as such.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
