increase in height and bulk, the proposal will result in an
oppressive and overbearing form of development which would be
detrimental to the residential amenities of the occupants of that
property. As such, the proposal would be contrary to the provisions
of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan, particularly
policy H12.
