Planning Permission on 22nd June 1999
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the external walls and roofs be constructed and finished in accordance with the specification of materials and finishes contained in the application drawing CLMH 202 received 10 May 1999. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That, prior to the first use of the building hereby permitted, the external timber cladding for the walls, vertically boarded timber doors and the external staircase shall be stained dark brown. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the additional living accommodation hereby permitted shall be occupied and used only in connection with and ancillary to the occupation and use of the existing property Little Meadow, Highmoor as a single dwellinghouse, as specified in the application, and shall not be occupied or used separately therefrom. Reason: As the separate occupation of the accommodation would represent an undesirable sub-division of the property and result in inadequate standards of amenity and privacy.
