has three existing gable projections, the proposed extension would
result in an overcrowded rear elevation which would be detrimental
to the character and appearance of The Old Farmhouse as a Grade II
listed building. As such the proposal would be contrary to the
provisions of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan,
particularly policy CON6.
