Decision
Refusal of Listed Building Consent on 8th June 1999
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That, having regard to its location on the rear elevation which already has three existing gable projections, the proposed extension would result in an overcrowded rear elevation which would be detrimental to the character and appearance of The Old Farmhouse as a Grade II listed building. As such the proposal would be contrary to the provisions of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan, particularly policy CON6.
