Decision
Planning Permission on 8th June 1999
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing dwelling. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the additional living accommodation hereby permitted shall be occupied and used only in connection with and ancillary to the occupation and use of the existing property Radbrook House as a single dwellinghouse, as specified in the application, and shall not be occupied or used separately therefrom. Reason: As the separate occupation of the accommodation would represent an undesirable sub-division of the property and result in inadequate standards of amenity and privacy. That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking or re-enacting that Order) the garage accommodation shall be retained as such and shall not be adapted for living purposes without the prior grant of planning permission by the Local Planning Authority on a formal application in respect thereof. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities.
