That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Thereafter the roof tile and wall material used shall not be other than that approved. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That no garage doors shall be hung at any time, without details being submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to their erection, and thereafter shall be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the garage building hereby permitted shall be used only for purposes specified in the application, for the storing of cars and purposes incidental to the occupation of Orchard House and the building shall not be used as habitable accommodation or for any commercial/ business purpose. Reason: To accord with the policy of the Local Planning Authority and to safeguard the character of the area. That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed in the east or west elevation of the garage/store building. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area.
