Reason: To ensure the details of the development are carried out in accordance with the application as approved. That development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date hereof. Reason: By virtue of the provisions of Section 91 (1) (a) of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1990. That the approved use shall not be implemented before the access ramp has been provided. Reason: To comply with the requirements of the Chronically Sick and Disabled Persons Act 1970.
