Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be
of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing
dwelling.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That notwithstanding the provisions of Article 3 of, and Class A of Part
1 of schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning General Development Order
1988 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that order), no additional
windows shall be inserted in the north eastern (side) elevation
of the extension (other than those expressly authorised by this permission
unless planning permission has first been granted by the
Local Planning Authority on a formal application in respect thereof.
Reason: To protect local amenities.
That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning
General Development Order 1977 (or any order revoking and re-enacting
that Order) the garage accommodation shall be retained as such and shall
not be adapted for living purposes without the prior grant of planning
permission by the Local Planning Authority on a formal application in
respect thereof.
Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking
standards and to protect local amenities.
That no extension shall be occupied until space has been laid out
within the site for 3 cars to be parked and for vehicles to turn so
that they may enter and leave the site in a forward gear.
Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking
standards and to protect local amenities.
