That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the garage building hereby permitted shall be used only for purposes specified in the application, for the storing of cars and purposes incidental to the occupation of The Cherry Orchard and the building shall not be used as habitable accommodation or for any commercial/business purpose. Reason: To accord with the policy of the Local Planning Authority to safeguard the character of the area.
