Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 10th May 1999
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That having regard to the location of the Tennis Court, and to the height and type of fencing proposed, the development would result in a cramped and intrusive form of development which would be out of keeping with the Conservation Area, and the setting of a Listed Building, and as such would be detrimental to the character and visual amenity of the surrounding area. As such the proposal would be contrary to the provisions of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan, particularly policies CON7, CON8 and CON10.
