Decision
Planning Permission on 17th June 1999
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the external walls and roof be constructed in accordance with the materials specified in the application, unless the Local Planning Authority otherwise first agrees in writing. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That no site works or clearance shall be commenced until protective fences which conform with British Standard 5837:1991 have been erected around the existing trees. Until such time as the development has been completed, these fences shall not be removed and the protected areas are to be kept clear of any building, plant, material, debris and trenching, with the existing ground levels maintained. There shall be no entry to those areas except for approved arboricultural or landscape works as specifically detailed in the amended method statement received 10 June 1999. Reason: To safeguard the existing trees and planting to be retained within the site.
