Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That having regard to the site's rural location within an attractive
part of the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the provision
of 24 external lighting fixtures within the site results in an
inappropriate and incongruous form of development both within the
Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and in the immediate vicinity,
creating an overspill of light onto adjoining residential property to
the detriment of the residential amenity of that property.  As such,
the development is contrary to policies G1, G7, C1, C2 and H11 of
the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
