That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the intensity of illumination shall not exceed 345 Lux. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience. That the floodlights hereby approved shall only be illuminated between the hours of 7.30 pm to 10.30 pm on weekdays, and no later than 7.30 pm on Saturdays, and not at any time on Sundays or Bank Holidays. Reason: To ensure the development is not unneighbourly. That, the floodlights hereby permitted shall not be operated from 15 May to 31 August each year inclusive, and shall remain in a fully retracted position at all times between these dates. Reason: To minimise the impact of the structures whenthey are not in use, and to protect local amenities.
