elevations of extension produces an unbalanced appearance to the
extension and, having particular regard to its projection forward
of the front elevation of the property and to its siting adjacent to
the eastern boundary of the site with the adjoining bungalow, results
in a visually inappropriate and cramped form of development which would
be harmful to the character and appearance of the street scene and
contrary to policy H12 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local
Plan.
