Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development be carried out strictly in accordance with the particulars of the development contained in the application to seek permission for the development and the plan numbers 94282/921/047 734 and 736B accompanying such application except as modified by conditions of this permission unless otherwise agreed by the Chief Planning Officer in writing. Reason: To ensure the details of the development are carried out in accordance with the application as approved.

That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date hereof.. Reason: By virtue of the provisions of Section 91 (1) (a) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the hours of use of the floodlighting for training purposes shall be between 7.00 pm and 9.00 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays only. Reason: In the interests of the amenities of the neighbouring residents.

That the training facility shall only be used by the Watlington Fire Service Personnel between 7 pm and 9 pm on Wednesdays and Fire Service Personnel and Fire Cadets between 7 pm and 9 pm on Mondays and by no other Fire Service Personnel. Reason: In the interests of the amenities of the neighbouring residents.

Fire service training shall exclude the use of smoke (other than cosmetic) and of noxious gasses and substances. Reason: In the interests of the amenities of the neighbouring residents.

That parking, other than during the approved training times, shall not take place on the extended tarmac area. Reason: In the interests of the amenities of the neighbouring residents.
