relationship with the existing dwelling, the proposed extensions
would result in an incongruous and inappropriate form of development
which would detract from the simple character of the existing
building and be detrimental to the visual amenity of the locality.
Therefore, the development would be contrary to the provisions of
the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan, particularly
policy H12.
