in inappropriate, incongruous and unneighbourly form of development
which would be oppressive and overbearing to 9 Newfield Road and
would detract from the character and amenity of the locality.
Therefore, the development would be contrary to the provisions
of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan, particularly
policies G8 and H4.
