Planning Permission on 8th June 1999
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of
the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing dwelling.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That, within three months of the commencement of the development, the
shed indicated to be removed on the plans accompanying the application
shall be removed along with any materials resulting from its removal.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area.
That, prior to the commencement of any work in connection with the
development hereby permitted, details of the slab levels of the
garage shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the
Local Planning Authority. Thereafter, the development shall not
proceed other than in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To ensure that development is not unneighbourly and that
the garage has a satisfactory appearance in the street
scene.
That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning
(General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and
re-enacting that Order) no windows or rooflights shall be constructed
in the north east elevation (facing Ippesdene) of the garage other
than those expressly authorised by this permission.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
