That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the walls of the building hereby permitted shall be finished with black stained straight edged horizontal timber weather-boarding and shall thereafter be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to safeguard the character and appearance of the Stonor Conservation Area. That the roof shall be covered with plain clay tiles roof a sample of which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That no development shall commence until a scheme for the construction and surfacing of the driveway and hardstanding has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and the driveway and hardstanding shall be constructed and surfaced in accordance with the approved scheme. Such scheme shall include hoggin as the surface material. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to safeguard the character and appearance of the Stonor Conservation Area.
