That at the end of a period of 5 years beginning with the date of this consent, the consent will lapse and the advertisements hereby approved shall be removed unless a fresh application shall have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: By virtue of Regulation 18 (4) of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 1992. That the advertisements hereby permitted shall not be displayed other than on days when a football match is to be played on the site, unless the Local Planning Authority gives written consent to any variation. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area and to protect local amenities.
