Decision
Refusal of Listed Building Consent on 10th March 1999
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That, having regard to its excessive size, design and to its poor relationship with the existing building the proposed conservatory would result in an inappropriate and incongruous form of development which would detract from the character and appearance of Jasmine Cottage as a Grade II listed building. Therefore, the development would be contrary to the provisions of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan, particularly policies H12 and CON6.
