Decision
Refusal of Listed Building Consent on 10th March 1999
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That, having regard to its inappropriate size, bulk and design, the
proposed two-storey side extension would detract from the form and
character of Common Side as a Grade II listed building. As such the works
would be contrary to the provisions of the Council's adopted South
Oxfordshire Local Plan, particularly policies CON6 and H12.
