the parking and turning of vehicles, it is considered that the proposal
would result in a cramped over development of the site which would fail
to provide adequate standards of amenity for the occupiers of the dwellings
and would detract from the character and visual amenities of the area.
Therefore, the development would be contrary to the provisions of the
Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan, particularly policies G8,
C3 and H4.
